About This Opportunity
<p>We need an experienced Facility Manager to oversee AMC operations for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Bengaluru.</p>
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for 4–6 AMC properties. Supervise on-site technician teams. Coordinate vendor contracts and SLA compliance. Prepare monthly maintenance reports for clients.
Candidate Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. IFMA certification preferred. 6+ years in facility management or building maintenance roles.
