ResCom's interior design team delivered a complete turnkey fit-out for Prestige Business Solutions' new corporate headquarters spanning 42,000 sq.ft. across three floors. The design brief called for an open, collaborative environment with dedicated focus zones, a premium executive floor, and a world-class client reception experience.
Using a contemporary palette of warm greys, natural wood tones, and brand-accent greens, the space was designed to reinforce the client's brand story and foster a culture of innovation.
Executing a 42,000 sq.ft. fit-out for a live corporate campus within an 18-week deadline without disturbing other tenants.
Phased the fit-out floor by floor with strict site hoarding and dust management. Pre-fabricated modular workstation clusters off-site and installed in a single weekend per floor to minimise disruption.
Delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule. 100% within budget. Shortlisted for "Best Office Interior – Bengaluru 2024" at the FOAID Design Awards.
