Executive Platform Overview
The Horizon is a bespoke corporate headquarters designed for one of Bengaluru's leading fintech companies. The 12-storey structure features biophilic design principles — sky gardens on every third floor, a living wall in the central atrium, and abundant natural light throughout.
Our architecture team worked closely with the client's leadership to create a space that reflects the brand's identity, fosters collaboration, and prioritises employee well-being.
Designing a functionally diverse 12-storey corporate tower that reflects the brand identity of a tech-forward financial company while complying with BBMP high-rise norms.
Deployed parametric design tools to optimise the building facade for solar shading. Introduced a column-free floor plate design using post-tensioned slabs to give maximum flexibility for open-plan offices.
BBMP plan approval secured in record 4 months. Project won "Best Architectural Design – Commercial 2024" at the CREDAI Bengaluru Awards.
