Our team of 45 on-site technicians and supervisors manages day-to-day operations and coordinates with specialist vendors for lift servicing, DG set maintenance, and STP/WTP operations.
Managing maintenance for 18 towers and common areas simultaneously with minimal disruption to 4,500+ residents and strict SLA compliance.
Deployed a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) for real-time work order tracking. Introduced a resident helpdesk app for faster complaint resolution. Conducted quarterly audits and published transparent maintenance reports to the Association.
First-response SLA improved from 4 hours to 45 minutes. Resident satisfaction score increased from 3.2/5 to 4.6/5. Maintenance cost reduced by 22% through preventive maintenance scheduling.
